2012 Denver Parade of Homes biggest yet | 9news.com
KUSA – This year’s Denver Parade of Homes will be the biggest in its 26 year history.
Twenty-eight homebuilders will showcase a total of 72 homes. The parade will span 20 cities.
“It’s a scattered cite tour and the third years we’ve had this format. So homes are located anywhere from Castle Rock to Loveland, to Central City and Aurora. We recommend you go to ParadeofHomesDenver.com and click on ‘Plan my Tour.’ That way you can customize your tour for your price point or homes you’d like to see,” said Courtney Ridens with Denver Parade of Homes.
The Denver Parade of Homes kicks off August 9 and runs through Labor Day Weekend. The homes on the parade route range in price from $180,000 up to $1.25M.
This year the parade actually has its own app. You can download it from your app store by searching ‘menetwork.’
The Denver Parade of Homes expects to see around 70,000 visitors this year.
“It’s a great way to see what’s new in the market. There’s a lot of new design styles and architectural features,” said Ridens.
